Kiwi-style dinner

Jamie thought that tonight's dinner was quite a 'bloggable' event. The salad on the left was from Zarbo's recipe book and was roasted beetroot (beets here in the US), cherry tomatoes, haloumi cheese, fresh basil and a very interesting but delicious dressing of vinegar, olive oil, garlic, S&P and crushed fennel seeds. (On the right, just standard veges - green beans and green/yellow zucchinis with onion & garlic)
