On Tuesday night we went to Bay City for dinner (yes, as in the '70s group 'Bay City Rollers'!!), it is about 10km from Saginaw and a potential option for our current project of considering housing possibilities. The city is on the Saginaw River at Saginaw Bay which is on Lake Huron. One of Jamie's collegues lives in these condos which we thought about buying something similar on the river for a year or so, but the current thought is to just go straight into the 'family home' idea rather than buying two properties within the short-medium term.
